This is the seventh year the YWCA Adams County is hosting their "Gowns for Good" event.
You can look through racks of more than a thousand donated dresses of all shapes, sizes and colors. All of them cost $30.
"We want to offer affordable dresses for girls of all populations. It started out as a service that we really wanted to make sure that no girl missed prom because of the cost. It's really gotten to the point that we just want to make them affordable," said Carissa Uhrmacher, career services coordinator at the YWCA Adams County
There's also a seamstress there to help girls get perfectly fitted for their big days.
Some people visited the YWCA from as far as North Platte and Omaha to check out the dresses. Uhrmacher said they sold about 80 dresses in just two and a half days.
All the money the Y collects through the dress sales will go right back into their youth programs, like The Zone for middle school students and their girl empowerment programs.
"Gowns for Good" runs from 1 to 4 p.m. February 17, 22-23 and March 8 and 15.
