Yet another Viaero burglarized in Grand Island

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Another burglary has happened to Viaero Wireless, this time to the kiosk the company owns inside the Conestoga Mall in Grand Island.

According to GIPD the theft took place at about 8 a.m. Saturday, when the suspect gained entry to the merchandise by going underneath the kiosk covering.

Police say the suspect stole multiple iPhones and Samsung phones, then walked out of the mall and into a gate-away vehicle.

Grand Island police do believe this crime is connected to the large-scale burglary where people made off with more than $500 of merchandise just last week.

Police say just over $28,000 in merchandise was stolen.

The case is still under investigation.
