HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Adams Central wrestling team looks to rebound at Districts after a disappointing showing at the State Dual Championships in Kearney. The second-seeded Patriots fell to seventh-seeded Gering after the Patriots posted a 20-1 record in duels this season.

"The dual tournament didn't turn out how we wanted but we can only continue to control what we control," Adams Central wrestling coach Dan Lonowski. "We're ready for this, our kids are ready and they've all seen who's on their bracket and what they have to do. Hopefully we will perform well."

"We always thought control you match," Adams Central senior, Cameron Kort said. "Just control what you can control. If you control your match then everyone can follow along."

The Patriots travel to Blair High School for the B-2 Districts, the top four wrestlers from each weight class advance to the State Wrestling Championships in Omaha next week.

Here are the other schools competing in B-2:

Adams Central
