Armstrong breaks Danger record in rookie year

GRAND ISLAND, Neb (KSNB) - In his first season with the Nebraska Danger, Tommy Armstrong Jr. broke the Dangers single-season rushing touchdown record. The former Husker found the end zone 26 times this season.

The record he broke belonged to his offensive coordinator, Jameel Sewell who in 2013 rushed for 25 touchdowns. Together, they have helped lead the Danger to the Intense Conference Championship where they will play top-ranked Arizona for a spot in the IFL championship game.
