Danger face uphill battle down the final stretch of the season
The Nebraska Danger come out of their last bye week tied for the last Indoor Football League (IFL) playoff spot.
The last two weeks have been a tough stretch for the Danger losing to the Sioux Falls Storm by a point and then losing to the Quad City Steamwheelers in overtime, but head coach Pig Brown games like that are normal in the IFL.
"The whole league is pretty competitive. I don't care who you are if you come out and play A minus football against anybody you're going to get beat," Brown said. "We just gotta learn how to finish games. No excuses. We just gotta do a better job of preparing and a better job of finishing games. If we can do that and go two and oh we strengthen our playoff chances."
