SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. The Peking Acrobats are coming to the Midwest Theater to dazzle the audience with amazing teats while defying gravity with their amazing displays of contortions.

For the last 30 years, these acrobatics have redefined audience perceptions of Chinese acrobatics.

Their performances include trick-cycling, precision tumbling, juggling, somersaulting and gymnastics.

They push the limits of human ability with contortions, flexibility and control.

“The diversification of our programming is what I think makes us work in the community,” said Billy Estes, Executive Director. “A little bit of something for everyone. So usually, every season, we are looking for some type of variety or showcase act that is not a concert but it’s not a play.”

Estes says he wants audience members to be on the edge of their seats while they watch.

“You have experienced some tension and release at the same time,” said Estes. “You hopefully have found some comedic relief and this takes the blunder of winter from us and you enjoy the evening.”

The show will be on Tuesday, February 11th starting at 7:30pm.

Tickets range from $38.00 to $45.00.

To purchase tickets, stop in at the Midwest Theater, call (308) 632-4311, buy at the door or buy online at MidwestTheater.com.
