Bluffs Middle School students raise money for flood victims

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. Bluffs Middle School is participating in a donation drive to help flood victims in Newman Grove, Nebraska.

The campaign is called ‘We Care’ and it will benefit the 700 people in the small town with monetary donations.

Students hung posters around their school and took collection jars to their classrooms.

The money raised will be used to repair their homes and replace appliances that were lost in the flooded basements.

An anonymous donor will match all of the funds raised up to $15,000 after April 15th.
