SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. With Hot Air Balloon Nationals making its way to the Panhandle for the very first time, local businesses are showing their support by decorating their business fronts.

TC and More, Flyover Brewing Company and First National Bank are a few businesses that have decorated with balloon windsocks, balloon paper lanterns and flags.

These businesses say it is important to show support for this once in a lifetime event in the Panhandle.

“As a community, I feel we all need to do a little bit more,” said Nancy Dillman, Owner. “We need to step it up a bit and get involved in the community and festivities.”

Dillman also says decorating your store front will bring in more customers.

“It brings attention to our store front,” said Dillman. “I don’t care what kind of business you have. It is going to make people notice and hopefully, they will come in and you will have a new customer that way.”

Dillman has managed to sell all of her window flags and décor for the dedication.

Dillman even sold her display out front.
