SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. The City of Scottsbluff is seeking letters of interests to fill their open seat on the Community Redevelopment Authority Board.

The resignation of Joanne Phillips created the open seat. This group focuses on infrastructure projects. The term would last until March 1st, 2020. (KNEP)
