Control buy operations over the last 11 months net two arrests

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. - (KNEP) - Two Scottsbluff residents are charged with distribution of a controlled substance stemming from unrelated control buys over the last 11 months.

According to the affidavit, on December 5th of last year and January 25th of this year, officers conducted a controlled buy with Brock Moore.
In the first buy, Moore exchanged a cigarette box that contained 1.2 grams of methamphetamine for $50. In the second, an individual purchased another .5 grams off Moore.

Moore is currently held on 10% of $200,000 bond.

In a separate affidavit, officers worked a control buy with Milana Baltzell on March 19th of this year. A hundred dollars was exchanged for 1.5 grams of methamphetamine.

Baltzell is facing 10% of 48,000 bond.
