MITCHELL, Neb. A new coffee shop opens their doors in Mitchell.

It is called I&L Coffee Roasters and the name came from the Owners.
Their names are Isaac and Lacy.

They sell expresso based drinks, frappes, lattes, cappuccinos and teas.

They do not sell food or any pastries at the moment.

For Owner Isaac Holbrook, this coffee shop is a dream come true.

“We kind of wanted to do a coffee shop in the future because it was my dream,” said Holbrook. “I wanted to roast for myself and do it for my coffee shop but I didn’t think it would be this soon.”

They are located on 1456 Center Ave in Mitchell.

They love the location because of the traffic between Scottsbluff and Torrington.

Holbrook says he was not nervous at all to open his shop since they were already established.

“Being established already as a coffee roasting company kind of helped,” said Holbrook. “We already had a customer base pretty well. With my faith and trust in God with what he was doing, everything just kind of worked out.”

I&L Coffee Roasters is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
