Panhandle firefighters train with water elements

ALLIANCE, Neb. Panhandle firefighters meet once a month for hands-on and reviewing their online training for their Firefighter 1 class.

16 firefighters from Alliance, Bridgeport, Scottsbluff and Bayard met to train with water supply, fire streams, laying lines and fire suppression. (Alliance Fire Department)

On Saturday, November 2nd, 11 firefighters from Alliance Fire Department, two from Bridgeport Fire Department, two from Scottsbluff Rural Fire Protection District and one from Bayard Volunteer Fire Department met to train with water supply including drafting and tagging fire hydrants, fire streams, laying lines and fire suppression.

They are also expected to meet on December 5th.
