EMA cancelled after missing boys found safe in Utah

SIDNEY, Neb. (KNOP) - Nebraska State Patrol has cancelled Endangered Missing Advisories after a missing 1-year-old boy and missing 2-year-old boy were found safe in Utah.

The EMAs for Franklin Blakely and Stanley Skidmore were issued Wednesday, October 10 at 2:00 PM.

The Sidney Police Department asked for the public's help finding the young boys after they were last seen in Sidney on October 6.

Police believed Blakely and Skidmore were with Donald Winslow, 45, and Cherokee Blakely, 24.

Nebraska State Patrol said Blakely and Skidmore were found safe in Utah, but more information has not been released.
