Visitors will take a tour of their three bedroom units.

They do offer two and four bedroom units but at this time, they are unavailable but say, they could be available as early as next week.

These three unit bedrooms include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer hookups, one bathroom, spacey storage closet, linen closet, coat closet and heating and cooling air.

They also offer a Section 8 Assistance Program.

Administrative Assistant Alana Fritsche says you should always tour a household or apartment before you move in.

“If you look online, you can’t really get a complete feel for what you are getting into,” said Fritsche. “You see something online and it’s not quite the same. It’s almost like shopping online; you can’t try the clothes on. If you come and take the tour, you get to see what you are getting yourself into.”

In the beginning of this year, Smart Asset ranked Alliance #3 for the most affordable place to live in Nebraska.

Fritsche says the rating helps and matches what they have to offer.

“I would say it helps,” said Fritsche. “We are gauged towards low income housing and we are gauged towards the low income population.”

The three bedroom units have a flat rate of $550.00 a month.

The open house will be provided on Wednesday, August 21st from 8:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

As you come for the tour, bring along your social security card, adults bring your identification cards and children need their state certified birth certificates.
