Scottsbluff City Council holds first in-person meeting since COVID-19 restrictions

Scottsbluff, NEB The Scottsbluff City Council had their first in-person meeting this week since COVID-19 restrictions began.

Several topics discussed on Monday, including interim City Manager Rick Kuckkahn stating to council the city will continue to make decisions based on recommendations from public health officials as well as Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts.

Kuckkahn is hoping to see most city services and departments go back to normal operations with guidelines in a couple weeks or so except for the library which could go through strict regulations.
