CHEYENNE, Wyo. - (KNEP) - Sidney VA Clinic is one of four that the Cheyenne Veteran Affairs Health Care System states will start using telehealth.
Starting March 30th, they will use the VA Video Connect to assist patients through the COVID-19 pandemic. Providers and staff have been converted to virtual care at this time.
Healthcare providers are asking veterans to use one of the online tools for routine or non-urgent concerns. Those tools include secure messaging and VA Video Connect.
Veterans who seek an appointment for urgent care issues not related to the coronavirus should call their provider or send a message through their My HealtheVet account.
