The guard sent C-130 planes across the skies to fly over hospitals in the state. Locally Torrington's Banner Health Community Hospital and Niobrara Health and Life Center in Lusk received flyovers.

In all, the planes reached over thirty hospitals on the day ending in Cheyenne. The flyovers were just a way to thank health care professionals for all the hard work they are doing on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
