CHEYENNE, Wyo. - (KNEP) - Wyoming Law Enforcement are releasing the final numbers from their 14-hour driving enforcement operation during the Border War game.

It’s the fifth consecutive year Wyoming and Colorado law enforcement teamed up to conduct the operation for the annual game. Enforcement was concentrated this year on Highway 287, Interstate 25 and Interstate 80.
In Wyoming, law enforcement issued 30 speeding tickets, four seatbelt violations, 112 other citations 112 warnings and arresting four on other violations.
There were no fatal accidents although weather was a factor.
Agencies involved in Wyoming include the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Laramie Police Department, Albany County Sheriff’s Office, University of Wyoming Police Department, Laramie County Sheriff’s Office, Cheyenne Police Department, and Wyoming State Parks.
Agencies involved in Colorado including the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, Fort Collins Police Department, Loveland Police Department, and the Colorado State Patrol.
