Moorefield man arrested by FBI, released on $100,000 unsecured bail

Timothy Young, 49, of rural Moorefield was arrested Thursday for the selling of his employer's confidential information. He was arrested by FBI Thursday, May 16, 2019. He was interviewed and saw a US Magistrate in Federal Court in Omaha before his case was sent to a New Jersey Federal Court where he will be tried. He is currently out on $100,000 unsecured bail, and allowed to return to Nebraska.
