...Dense Fog This Morning... .Areas of dense fog will occur across portions of southwest, north central, the Panhandle, and the Nebraska Sandhills this morning. Fog should begin to dissipate by mid morning. A few spots have dipped to near or just below freezing, so a few slick spots are possible. ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CDT /10 AM MDT/ THIS MORNING...

* Visibility...One quarter mile or less at times.

* Timing...Fog should dissipate by mid morning.

* Impacts...Low visibility will make travel difficult. In addition, a few locations have dipped to near or just below freezing, so a few slick spots are possible.

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
